DIGITAL IMAGE LICENSE

Chris Daidone Photography, LLC ("Content Provider") grants the buyer a non-exclusive perpetual personal-use license to download and copy the accompanying Digital Image(s) ("Media") subject to the following restrictions:

Media is for PERSONAL USE ONLY.

Personal Use means: Media can be utilized for all non-commercial applications such as; displaying on personal devices and computers, and / or making prints SOLELY for the individual named on the purchasing invoice.

Media may NOT be used for advertising, or in any manner which money is charged, fees collected, or any form of remuneration received. Media may not be resold, relicensed, sub-licensed or transferred.

Title and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for the Media remain exclusively with the Content Provider.

There are no warranties, express or implied. The Media is provided 'as is.’

Content Provider will not be liable for any third party claims or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license or buyer's use of the Media.
